Day of events
Outside Parking Lot Meet:
We will all meet outside in the parking lot of Jillian’s for some sharing of knowledge, troubleshooting, and showing each other’s modifications that have been done to our RX-8.
Bringing The Party Inside:
We will start with a glow in the dark night bowling tournament and play in pairs, so bring your girlfriend, wife, or a friend. We will rent one to two lanes depending on the amount of people that give a definite R.S.V.P. The tournament is for a grand prize of two Jadatoys RX-8 die cast cars found at this link: http://www.jadatoys.com/images/18-RX-8-Silver.jpg so check it out! There will be one car for each teammate on the winning team.
After the tournament we will all enjoy dinner at Jillian’s Video Café. This is the link for the menu: http://www.jillians.com/Menu.asp. We are not encouraging any alcohol consumption due to the fact that we will all be driving, and I’m sure no one would want to mess up their life, others lives, or their pretty little RX-8.
After dinner we can all play some video games and have fun for the remainder of the day.
What To Bring
First and foremost, please bring some warm clothes because we will most likely be outside talking about and showing cars for more than a half hour, and we all know that the end of November on the East Coast is cold. Everyone is asked to bring enough money to cover the cost of bowling, which will run at an estimated price of $10.00 per person. I will give you an exact price upon your R.S.V.P. I am still working with the Jillian’s event coordinating department on a better price. Everyone will also need to bring money to cover his or her share of food; it is entirely up to you to determine how much you will eat. A fee of $7.00 will be asked of per person attending this meet to cover the pool for the Jadatoys RX-8 Grand Prize. Please take in to consideration that I am one person coordinating this event and if I had the extra funds I would pay for the prizes, but I don’t, thank you for your support in this meet.
